Everest Treks

 

Everest region is one of the most famous destinations for the visitors who come to trek in Nepal. By the opening tracks of roads in Nepal, there are many more easier options to get there. Everything depends on how long you stay in Nepal; so you can pick few choices.

Lower Solukhumbu

Walk from Jiri to Everest base camp

 

  • One of the very old and beautiful walk from Jiri to Everest base camp. Trekkers and climbers used to walk on this route when the Airport of Lukla was not built.

  • Trek up to base camp and walk back to Lukla and fly out to kathmandu.

  • Maximum recommended time is three weeks.

  • Recommended for experienced and good for adventure people

  • Maximum altitude: 5200m

Higher Khumbu region

Make high passes​

 

  • Fly to Lukla or start walk from Jiri.

  • It takes more than three weeks if you walk from Jiri

  • If you fly to Lukla within 17 - 18 days you will be back to Lukla after the high passes

  • Maximum Altitude to cross over passes is 5300 - 5400 meters.

  • Recommended for experienced and good for adventure people,High passes are also possible to do in off season time but recommended to do only with experienced guides.

Makalu tour

Join Everest base camp with Makalu Arun valley

 

  • Fly to Tumlingtar from Kathmandu and start walk from there and you will have few options on the way,either you continue trek to Everest base camp and walk back to Lukla or you walk up to Mera valley and finish at Lukla over the Pass.

  • if you are ending your trek through Mera valley then within two weeks you will be able to finish the trek but if you are continue to everest base camp then it takes just bit more than three weeks to be back to Lukla.

  • On this trek you will be starting with 400 meters to 5400 meters (Kalapathar).

  • Recommended for experienced and good for adventure people.
